We use Sage, the leader in the construction industry, as our estimating software.
Oversight of the pre-construction plans, bidding process, and interface with the owners offer full oversight of the pre-construction process.

Responsibilities:
Provide detailed and budgetary estimates Provide engineering evaluation to pursue bids on materials and subcontractors Perform building code reviews Evaluate past and current costs for estimate accuracy Generate preliminary construction plans and documents.
Have thorough knowledge of all proposed project issues and priorities.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
Previous experience in Construction Management, Engineering or other related fields.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong project management skills.
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
